Biography

Robert (Tito) Meyer has been practicing law in New Mexico for over 30 years. Tito, his wife, Laura, and their two Beagles (Jake and Chula) live in Las Cruces.  Laura is a Registered Nurse at a local hospital.   

Tito Meyer’s law practice is limited to personal injury and wrongful death cases.  His office is on Telshor, near the Mesilla Valley Mall.  In addition to representing his injured clients, Meyer has a long history of volunteering legal services to the local animal humane society, to the domestic violence shelter, the senior citizens’ agency, and others who need help.

Tito Meyer received his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1975.  He has written numerous articles and publications about the law, both for lawyers and for non-lawyers.  Meyer wrote The Peoples’ Law monthly column in the Desert Exposure newspaper for many years.
